Gullwing UWS Tool Boxes
The Gull Wing Series from UWS is a very strong lower-profile cross box which mounts on your pickups bed. Each side of the box includes a very sturdy and lockable stainless steel latch. You will notice the sliding tool tray, has very convenient side organizers and helpful tool holders. This Tool Boxes unique twin foam injected lids give the tool box a super-strength flexible lid. The solid construction of the foamed lid will help keep locks adjusted properly and this provides dependable security for the box contents. The lower-profile style of the box allows for a more spacious view out of the rear window, and this provides the driver a much better rearward vision for safe maneuvering in and out of traffic or for checking on the load. Single Lid Tool Boxes
The Single Lid Series in this type of UWS tool boxes is a lower-profile box with lids opening to a full 90 degrees. Because this type of tool boxes opens that wide this type of box is loaded easily with as many large and bulky items as can fit. For extra convenience two super-duty lift cylinders help raise and hold the Structural Foamed Lid open. This model type is the most popular selling of UWS’s tool boxes because of its large capacity and how easy it is to use. Low Profile Tool Boxes
UWS’ Tool boxes model style called the Low Profile box has a single piece lid that opens vertically to 90 degrees, not partially open like others models styles. The result is lots of accessible space that lets you load golf clubs or bulky tools very easily. Also two super-duty gas cylinders lift and hold the lid open. This type of lid which is only available on the UWS boxes is a solid structurally foamed lid that will stay true to shape and will virtually eliminate any adjusting of latches.
